"I accidentally left my small bag in..."
I accidentally left my small bag in a taxi and thought it was probably gone for good. I contacted support through taximaxim.com, and after a little while the driver called me back. It did take some time, so it wasn’t exactly quick, but I got the bag back the next day. Overall, helpful service, just maybe not the fastest...

"Upfront fare was a relief"
I really liked that the fare was shown right away. No random extra charges popping up after the ride or anything, so... yeah, I was happy with it.

I had a small issue with my ride booking, which was a bit disappointing because I wasn’t expecting any hassle. I reached out to support, and to their credit, they got back to me faster than I thought they would. They fixed it without making the whole thing complicated, so I do appreciate that. Still wish the issue hadn’t happened in the first place.

"Promo made the ride worth it"
I used a promo code for my ride and it ended up being cheaper than usual, which was nice because I’ve been trying to save where I can. The app isn’t perfect, and maybe I was just in a rush so I noticed the little issues more, but the discount definitely made up for it

"Safe ride, just a little worn out by apps lately"
I used Maxim for a late ride home last week. i’ve been kind of tired of dealing with ride apps and all the little hassles that come with them, so I wasn’t expecting much. But the driver showed up in the car listed in the app and drove really calmly, no speeding or strange turns. The only minor issue was that the back seat belt was a bit hard to click in, but it did work. Overall, I felt safe and I’d use it again.

I’ve used it a few times now and my bookings have gone through fine each time. The taxi showed up when expected, so no real complaints there. It’s nothing fancy, just reliable. I do wish the whole process felt a little less effortful though, sometimes it feels like more tapping around than it should be just to get a ride booked.

"Pretty comfortable ride overall"
I used taximaxim.com for a short trip, it was a decent experience. The car was clean enough, the ride felt comfortable, and the driver was smooth on the road, not rushing or driving aggressively or anything like that. The only small thing was the pickup took a few minutes longer than what it showed, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal... Overall, I’d say it was good.

"Taximaxim needs to get more drivers"
I use Taximaxim now and then, and it’s okay when it actually works properly. During busy hours I can usually get a driver fast, but late at night or in certain areas it’s a mess. I’ve had to wait forever or keep trying again like it’s somehow my problem. The app itself is mostly fine, so I don’t get why they can’t sort out having enough drivers available when people actually need rides.

"Polite Driver and No Problems"
The driver was polite, showed up on time, and there were no issues. I usually have to complain about drivers being late, or the service being confusing, or something going wrong, but this time I really don’t have anything to complain about. Everything went smoothly, no delays, no hassle, no problems.

I booked through Maxim and it went smooth. The driver took a quick route, no random detours or anything weird, and even with some traffic I got there faster than I figured I would. Happy with it overall.

I’ve used Maxim a few times now, i felt reassured each time because the receipt matched the trip price exactly. No weird extra charges, no missing info, nothing that made me second-guess it. I also need the receipts for work claims, so it felt nice not having to stress about checking every detail later. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Useful, but not quite universal yet"
I’ve had good luck with it in a lot of places, so I don’t feel like I wasted my time or anything. That said, it definitely doesn’t work everywhere yet, which can be a little frustrating when you expect it to. I’m still keeping it around because it does the job often enough to be worth it for me

"The ride itself was okay and…"
The ride itself was okay and the driver was fine, but the car really didn’t feel that clean. The seats had some dust on them and there was a weird smell inside the whole time, which made it a bit uncomfortable. I also didn’t love getting transferred around before things were sorted out, it was annoying having to explain the situation more than once. Overall, it got me where I needed to go, but I wish the vehicle had been better taken care of.

"My account feels secure"
I’ve felt comfortable using my account so far. The login process seems secure, and I like having the extra code check when I sign in. I did have one time where the SMS took a little longer to come through, but aside from that, it’s been a smooth experience and makes me feel like my account is well protected

"On time, but not quite what I expected"
I booked a taxi for early morning, and to be fair, the driver showed up right on time, so there wasn’t any waiting around. The pickup itself was smooth, but I still felt a bit misled because the experience didn’t quite match what I thought I was getting when I booked.
